I have been using Tata play fiber at home. I am quite happy with the network. Tata play also offers prompt response to complaints & queries.

Trust me guys their service is very appreciable. If u face a outage for a day or so like that they are so generous to credit a extra day usage validity. Now that's the kind of jeff bezos level customer service i need 🥰

I find the app very smooth and useful. I read the other reviews but I haven't encountered any of the problems they have mentioned. Easy pay and easy access .

I am using the tata play fiber service from last 3 months. Below were my experience 1. Internet speed is Excellent. 2. Customer support is also excellent. Earlier I got internet issue due to wrong wiring. But it was resolved within 5 hrs. Thanks a lot to tata play fiber team. Highly recommended.
